Almost 6 months of Cold Showers and thought it would get better by now LOL but i guess it’s off to a slow start and will see how this will progress throughout the year and develop in it’s own way.
For those that take cold showers, you really understand the amazing benefit of this both physical, mentally and emotionally.
Since my 2020 New Years Resolution of doing something out of my comfort zone daily these cold showers were a great place to start. My thought was what is one thing that we do daily that can push myself and taking cold showers was my pick. I’m the kinda guy that wear’s multiple layers even in the summer so wanted to really tease myself with a silly challenge that has impact over time.
I thought I would write a quick summary of my thoughts till now and will follow up with some updates.
